Music in the rain of life.

I love to have the music loud when I am feeling down. When my brother died I played fields of Gold by Eva Cassidy a lot and Forever young by Rod Stewart. I encourage you to pick up an instrument and have a go. My niece can play a lot of instruments and my children can play the flute and violin. Music can soothe the rainiest of days and bring tears of joy to an aching heart. Whether you can play an instrument or not, it is the answer often to a broken heart or an aching soul. In life we all have these days. So play your music loud dance in the rain and have a cup of tea and hey life just seems a little better then.
Wishing you lots of Tasty English Delights.

Compost bins you can make a differance.

A few years ago we started a compost bin I think people thought I was crazy. My dogs loved me at least the one that could eagerly jump into it and find scraps. If you have ever read about how the Indians helped the Pilgrims. The Indians taught them how to fertilize the land it was from putting a fish into the earth and then planting a seed that decomposed fish would fertilize the land and allow that seed to grow with nutrition from the earth. It is not always easy to have a compost bin unless you live in the country. I am sure your neighbors would not appreciate it if you lived in a flat and outside your door you have a compost heap. If you do live in the country I encourage you to build one grass clippings, egg shells, potato skins anything that is not a meat basically can decompose and bless the earth. It is amazing how God gave us the materials to look after this earth very well without buying fertilizers.
Have a go if you can. It is your chance to make a difference.
