Paralympics 2012 Shines a Light

The Paralympics had it's opening ceremony in London yesterday. It has not been televised as much as the Olympics. To me perhaps they should go first and then the Olympics games next. These men and women represent hope for all. I view it that it helps me to know that even through difficult times, if I push on, there can be hope. It is in moments when you see a gold won in the next few weeks that it should make us realize that all things are reachable. Reaching beyond what we can see and holding onto a vision that only God can see. Hope is found in these men and women and shame to the television companies that choose to not broadcast it. I thought in a world where everything is so politically correct this might well be termed prejudice, but who am I. Look at me I sit here typing, walking down a street, to me the Paralympics shines a light into the fact of how we can all become better people and see that in all of us there is hope.
Wishing you lots of tasty English delights. "There's always room for one more."
