Olympic torch brightens a fair maidens day.

Well from Kate and William practicing for the javelin team to a getting ready for the high jumps and sprints on the bouncy Stonehenge us Brits are preparing for an Olympic like no other. But today a young man had another intent as he ran with the Olympic torch in one hand he stopped and asked for his fair maidens hand in marriage. Decked in a very patriotic dress his girlfriend accepted.

It's wonderful to see how the best in us Brits comes out for such occasions from the Jubilee to the Olympics the British spirit just pours out. It make one proud to be British.
So get ready for a summer like no other and if you are in England take the time to enjoy the celebrations get involved be a part of history.
