Victoria Sponge oops cake.

Ok for the records when making a victoria sponge cake watch the temperature. I cooked 2 for mothers day both burnt and did not cook in the middle. Ouch. But even in the making of a cake we barely ate I had a laugh and enjoyed the time with my daughter.
So as spring goes up and down with it's temperatures take the time to laugh a bit, try new recipes and try new things.
